Trivia time! We will be having our monthly Trivia Night on Thursday (1/23) starting at 7PM. Patrick will be our trivia host serving up a variety of categories and fun questions. Trivia teams can be up to six people, top teams win prizes!
With a wealth of knowledge, experience and a repertoire that includes hundreds of songs across multiple genres, Carla Gemma and Gemsong Productions are back in the taproom to rock the house on Friday, January 24th!
Acoustic Thunder will be back in the taproom on Saturday, January 25th. A great pop/rock acoustic duo that plays a variety of classic and modern hits, always a great energy when they are rocking the house!

An extremely talented guitarist, Glenn Roth brings a smooth, melodic vibe to the taproom covering artists ranging from James Taylor to Bob Marley. It is always a treat to have Glenn perform in the taproom, check him out Friday, December 20th starting at 6:00pm!
RGB Acoustic is a classic rock jam band playing the music of the Grateful Dead, Jerry Garcia, and a whole lot more! They will be back performing in the taproom on Friday, December 13th at 6PM!
Acoustic Beat is an awesome acoustic pop/rock duo that plays an energetic variety of cover music. They will be back performing in the taproom on Friday, December 6th at 6:00pm!
Walter Jacobson will be returning to CSB performing a variety of music on November 30th at 6 PM!
To celebrate the release of Mocha Jo Porter, we will be hosting Donovan Family Confections in the taproom who will have CSBC beer inspired chocolates! Mocha Jo chocolates with a pint of Mocha Jo is the perfect combo! Very excited for another chocolate pop up in the taproom, be sure to swing by before they sell out!
Our famous porter, Mocha Jo Porter, will be released the day before Thanksgiving on November 27th on tap! Rich with flavor from fresh cold brew, Madagascar vanilla beans and organic cacao nibs… Mocha Jo is a delicious, silky smooth coffee porter. Grab a pint on Wednesday the 27th!

Rae Marks is a New England native and Nashville recording artist, singer/songwriter and musician. A great talent that performs a combo of rock, blues and country, but loves adding some crowd favorites as well with her own flare to it! She will be performing again in our taproom on Saturday, October 5th at 6:00pm!
Center Street Brewery’s Walltoberfest is coming back for the second year! Our own Oktoberfest here in Wallingford is scheduled for the last weekend in September, with festivities running from Wednesday, September 25th to Sunday, September 29th! Our famous Oktoberfest Marzen style brew, “Walltoberfest”, will be on tap and available in cans on the 25th. The weekend will include trivia night on Thursday, live music on Friday and Saturday, a German inspired cook out with East Center Market on Saturday, a Stein Holding Competition on Saturday, and much more! Last year’s Walltoberfest was a blast so we can’t wait for this year! Be sure to mark your calendars and stop by 24 Wallace Ave to celebrate Wallingford’s Oktoberfest… Walltoberfest!

The St8ment process includes picking your chain, custom fitting each piece, and a quick zap of their micro welder (zero pain involved). The pop-up starts in the taproom at 5:00pm! Center Street Brewing will be hosting our very first Fruit Day on Saturday, July 20th! We will offer a variety of fruits that can be garnished and paired with any of our beers! Fruit slices including pineapple, watermelon, orange and more will be available to add to any of your favorite CSB beers for no extra charge. Pineapple with Wicked Hoppah, watermelon with Strawberry Street, orange with CS Pils… unlimited options! Fruits will be available until we run out so be sure to stop by!

Strawberry Street is back for the first day of summer on June 20th! Our popular strawberry ale will be available on tap and in cans. “Field to Foam” Beer Class is back on Saturday (4/27) at 9 AM! Field to Foam will be an introductory seminar to brewing and craft beer hosted by head brewer and owner, Peter Ford. Peter will be reviewing topics such as beer history, beer flavors, brewing, packaging, and more. This will be a great class for anyone interested in learning more about the craft beer world! Center Street Brewing Company is celebrating 5 years of beer! Join us for a weekend of festivities for our 5th Anniversary! Since 2019, we have strived to provide quality craft beer to our community in a welcoming environment and we continue to work towards that goal in 2024. As we mark this milestone anniversary, we invite you to join us for a special celebration filled with delicious brews, live music, tasty food, and plenty of fun.
On Tuesday (4/23) at 7 PM, we are kicking off the weekend with a “Paint your Pet” Paint & Sip night hosted by Kat Manning. Come down to paint your best friend and enjoy a cold pint! You can purchase tickets here!
On Wednesday (4/24), making its’ long awaited return… we will be releasing our popular Banana Belgian Wheat Beer, Banana Hammock, on tap and in cans!
On Thursday (4/25) starting at 7 PM, Patrick will be hosting Trivia Night in the taproom.
On Friday (4/26) we have live music in the taproom with Acoustic Beat at 6 PM along with a CSBC theme night! Anyone wearing Center Street merchandise on Friday will receive $1 off their beers for the evening!
On Saturday (4/27), we are starting off the day with the “Field to Foam” beer class presented by our Owner/Head Brewer, Peter Ford. The class will dive into beer science, history, and a guided tasting. To sign up for the class, send us an email at info@centerstreetbrewing.com. The class will be from 9-11 AM and will cost $10 per person (payment will be accepted in the taproom). Starting at 2 PM, we will have a dunk tank on premise where you will have the opportunity to dunk CSBC employees! The dunk tank will be available until 5 PM so don’t miss your chance to dunk your favorite CSBC bartenders! Starting at 3 PM, East Center Market will be at the brewery grilling up hamburgers, hot dogs, and sirloin tips! A perfect pair with a cold beer! Later on at 6 PM we have live music with Acoustic Thunder! It will be a great day on Wallace Ave you won’t want to miss.
On Sunday (4/28), Alyssa’s Cakery will be offering a CSBC inspired cake making class in the taproom at 11 AM. Tickets include a beer and a custom cake! Call 203-269-9408 to reserve a space! Making their CSB debut, the acoustic guitar duo, “B Squared”, play songs that will have you singing along! Coming off a 25-year run in the CT shoreline band, Midlife Crisis, Bruce and Bill bring a love of music, fun, and community to their performances, and hope that you’ll join in on the verses and choruses!

Tickets are $65 which includes: 1 tap beer ticket, plus you will be frosting and decorating a 5” 2 layer cake and 8 cupcakes! You can choose different flavors for the cake and 8 cupcakes!
