Thursday (4:00pm - 9:00pm)

On Thursday (4/2), we will be holding our very first trivia night hosted by CSB’s own, Patrick Faria. “Pat’s FAQs” will be testing your range of knowledge on categories such as American history, beer, geography, movies, TV, and sports so arrive prepared! There will be 14 team slots of 3-4 members available for trivia night, winning team will receive CSB gift cards (one per member). We ask that every participating team bring in a donation for the Wallingford Animal Shelter (durable pet toys, pork chomps, bully sticks, cat litter, cleaning supplies) as an entry fee. “Pat’s FAQs” will start at 6:00pm, if you are interested in signing up please email us at info@centerstreetbrewing.com with your team information or sign up in taproom.

Beginning on Thursday, we will be having a beer naming contest for our special Wallingford 350 Jubilee beer. Name submissions can be turned in at the bar throughout the weekend, winner will be chosen on Sunday (4/5) and will be rewarded with a 4-pack!

Friday (2:00pm - 9:00pm)

On Friday (4/3), Hot Monkey Nuts will be set up in the taproom offering their wide variety of artisanal peanuts. Beer and nuts… the perfect combination!

Be on the lookout for the return of one of our original beers returning to the taplist, “Wicked Hoppah” NEIPA.

Saturday (12:00pm - 9:00pm)

On Saturday (4/4), we will be offering a special “Field to Foam” beer class with our head brewer, Peter Ford. Pete will be teaching the basics of beer and the science behind it, including a full in-depth tour of the brew room. Each “student” will receive a flight of beer as well as samples pulled right from our tanks. The class will run from 11:30am to 1:00pm, there are 40 spots available ($20 entry fee) so if you are interested in attending please email us at info@centerstreetbrewing.com or sign up in the taproom.

Down the Hatch music will be playing in the taproom from 5:00pm to 8:00pm so be sure to join us for a fun night!

Sunday (12:00pm - 5:00pm)

On Sunday (4/5), we will be offering a special food option from a local Wallingford restaurant! We will also be picking the winning name for the beer naming contest!
